Why hex dumbbells?

Thanks to the hexagonal shape, they don't roll away when you put them down. The rubber coating protects your floor and reduces noise.

Per pair or as a set?

Per pair, you buy exactly the weights you need. A set gives you a complete range in one go, in steps of 2 or 2.5 kg.

Which set suits a beginner?

The 2.5 to 15 kg set with rack is a compact start. If you want room to progress, choose a set up to 20 or 25 kg.

Is a rack included?

Yes, with the sets that have rack in their name. Buying single pairs? You'll find a matching rack among our storage racks.
