What is the difference between a power rack and a Smith machine?
In a power rack you train with a free barbell, with safety bars as a backup. On a Smith machine the bar runs in a fixed guide, so you can train safely on your own. Most stations in this category have both.
How much weight is in the cable stack?
All stations in this category have two weight stacks of 80 kg, 160 kg in total. That way you can train with two cables at once.
Which station fits in a small space?
The Corner Cable Crossover Smith Machine is designed for a corner, so it takes up less floor space. Check the dimensions of each station and measure your ceiling height too.
What extras are available?
That depends on the model. The Premium Series and Apex Pro have jammer arms, and the Premium Series also has a leg press. The All-in-One and Fusion X have a pec deck.
